Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Go to My Orders, open the delivered order, and click Request Return on the item.
• Accepted reasons: wrong size, damaged/defective item, not as described, or changed your mind.
• Once approved and picked up, refunds are credited to your Femza Wallet and can be used on future orders.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
